SWATCH POLICY

Although we strive to ensure accurate representation of fabrics displayed online, the colors of some fabrics may vary from one device/computer monitor to another. This is because of differences in phone/monitor color settings and is beyond our control.

For this reason, when in doubt ordering online or trying to match exact colors, we strongly recommend that customers purchase swatches before the final purchase of material. A swatch is a sample or piece of an existing fabric.

Our swatches are typically 3" by 4". We offer swatches on most fabrics, excluding fabrics that cost above N1000/yard. You can also order our custom swatch box here.



RETURN POLICY

Returns are not accepted after fabrics have been cut. Cut fabrics are a form of customized orders because they were cut according to customer's request or specification. Therefore, as with all traditional customized orders, all cut fabric sales are final. Kindly always read detailed fabric description, order a fabric swatch or even chat with our customer support team before final purchase of fabric.

However, if there’s a factory misprint or you received the wrong fabrics, which is unlikely, we would exchange the fabric for you. If also for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or services, please call or e-mail us at your earliest convenience and we will try to accommodate you within the guidelines of our policies.

In situations where you need to return an item, refunds may be applied but these terms and conditions apply;

  • Claim/exchanges must be made within 7 days of original shipping date.

  • All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser and must be received within 10 days of original delivery date.

  • All items on sales, special orders or promotional offers are not returnable.

  • All fabric sample orders are not returnable.

  • If your order is deemed returnable, you will receive a refund of your order less shipping charges

  • Unless we are in error, we do not refund shipping costs.

  • We don't offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases, once fabric has been cut, on fabrics which cost above N2000 per yard.

  • Bundle fabrics, gift items, or anything sold as a whole item (not cut as fabric must be) may be exchanged or returned for full store credit (less shipping fees).
